Ryan Gilbreath is a senior at Northwest University, majoring in Pastoral Ministries. He is from Havre, Montana, a little town in the central most northern part of the state. Ryan chose Northwest because “I knew that Northwest would provide the educational experience I was looking for.” Ryan is currently serving as the Vice President of Activities for Northwest University Student Government. He is also a member of Northwest Choralons, a Crew (small group) leader, and an intern at a local youth group. One of the professors that has had a significant impact on Ryan’s life is Alan Ehler. “His passion for God and the local church has challenged me to think and live differently. He is more than just a professor for me; he will be a mentor for years to come.” Ryan states that overall, “one of the most valuable things I have learned from my time at NU is to be a lifelong learner. We can never get to a place in life where we know too much or think we have it all figured out.”
Ryan helped coordinate the Floor Olympics, part of the annual Screaming Eagle Week.
