PAYMENT POLICY
All charges incurred by the student are due at the beginning of the
quarter. Students needing financial aid must make all necessary
arrangements well in advance of the beginning of the quarter.
DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN
If a student needs to make monthly tuition payments, Salem Bible
College offers a deferred tuition plan. The deferred payment plan
requires a quarterly fee of $35 or a yearly fee of $90 paid in
advance. After this fee has been received, students will pay
one-third of the full tuition to be paid on or before the following
dates for each quarter:

If payments are not received on or before the payment dates an
additional $10 service charge will be added for each week the
payment is late. Charges other than tuition cannot be deferred.
Audit classes must be paid in full before class begins.
WITHDRAWAL REFUND POLICY
Tuition refunds will be made for withdrawal from the College or
course load reduction when an official withdrawal form or an
official add/drop form is filed with the SBC Business Office.
Refunds will be based on the date of receipt of the official forms
by the Business Office on the following schedule:
- Prior to the first class session
- During the first week of classes
- During the second week of classes
- During the third week of classes
- During the fourth week of classes
- During the fifth week of classes
- Beyond the fifth week of classes
