Some people believe that they have a life song. It is music that expresses everything about them, their story, and their dreams and aspirations. More often, they can relate to the lyrics of a certain song, but at times, even the melody seems to be talking to you. Music is a window to the soul. It transcends time and can be understood. Music can even be considered a universal language because when you remove the lyrics, the tunes and notes are the same wherever you go. If you have a certain overhead music, something that can be compared to a musical soundtrack, it would reveal your moods and feelings. When you are happy you listen to upbeat songs while slower and more mellow songs could be for calmness or sadness.
The type of music you listen to also reveals certain parts of your character. They say that people who listen to classical music are more renaissance and calm, while those who listen to rock music are more undecided and daring. This might not apply to all, but when you see people at a concert, you will be able to notice something common about them. It may be their clothes or their collective behavior. If people respond to music as much as I say, there are a lot of things you can do with music. On hold music can calm clients while they are waiting for a call transfer or if the line is busy. It can also be used by therapists to calm and clear the minds of their patients.
